About the Role: Were seeking a motivated Call Center Supervisor to lead and oversee our sales and marketing personnel. The role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring targets are met, motivating the team, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide call center staff in achieving sales and service goals. Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members. Manage reporting, shift schedules, and operational efficiency.
