Person Specifications COMPETENCY SET Documenting Facts Generating Ideas Establishing Rapport Interacting with People Team Working Embracing Change WORK FUNCTIONS AND INDICATIONS OF WORK OUTPUT ACHIEVEMENT Primary Work Objectives and Functions Assist with the execution of departmental projects and activities. Provide administrative support to the department. Capture, record and report on all data collected from department activities and programs. Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policy Education Matric NQF level 4 or equivalent. Advantageous Excellent Mathematics, English and Science Matric results Post-matric certification Drivers License desirable Experience Exposure in a health care administrative space would be an added advantage.
