A leading passenger transport service provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admin and Finance Manager to join its management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, administrative functions, and compliance processes to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth. Minimum requirements: NQF Level 7 (Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting or equivalent qualification. (Honours degree will be advantageous) Valid driver's license Own vehicle Minimum five (5) years appropriate experience in Finance and Administration (Experience in Transport Industry will be advantageous) Fluent in English (Fluency in Sesotho would be advantageous) Proficient in MS Office, Pastel Payroll and Sage Evolution Required skills: Ability to apply Auditing Principles Ability to apply accounting guidelines Knowledge of Company Act/IFRS Concepts Well-developed Emotional Intelligence People Management Skills Ability to work under pressure Must have sound human relations and good communication skills Key duties and responsibilities (not limited to): To compile monthly cashflows and to manage cash Financial planning and control To provide financial and supply chain management To administrate and manage legal financial requirements and ensure compliance Board and Board sub-committee functions To provide and implement policies Reconciliations and revenue balancing procedures To oversee and administrate the administrative activities of the company To utilize human resources effectively Remuneration: Negotiable, depending on experience Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 IMPORTANT: Applications close 24 November 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted No social media messages / comments will be responded to
