Job Description
Key requirement Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills High level of attention to details Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications Proficiency in MS windows, Outlook, PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Key responsibility Greet and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency Maintain the reception area to ensure it is neat and professional at all times Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and company conference arrangements Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry with attention to detail General reception and office admin tasks Sales admin, assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals and ensuring documents are accurate and error-free Assist with reviewing and compiling tender submission documents Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details, sales leads and activities How to apply :
