Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee office facilities and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT, safety). Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Manage outsourced warehouses and ensure accurate inventory, stock planning, and timely ordering. Oversee company fleet administration, including maintenance and insurance coordination. Lead and support the Customer Service team, including training and performance management. Act as Health & Safety representative, ensuring compliance with legislation. Support operational processes to meet quality standards and assist in broader operational planning. Requirements Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in operations/ facilities/ logistics in the medical device industry (renal care experience preferred). Experience with import/export procedures in South Africa. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
