Administrative Assistant (Legal Practice Support)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Personal Assistant and legal staff handling RAF and medical negligence matters. Prepare, scan, file, and organise client documents and court papers (both electronic and physical filing). Assist with the opening, updating, and closing of client files on the system. Liaise with clients, service providers, and third parties where required. Schedule appointments, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding documents. Capture data and update internal records and spreadsheets. Assist with general office administration, including reception relief, when required. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric essential. Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Experience in RAF or litigation practice will be a strong advantage. Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
