Requirements Minimum 23 years experience as a Butler or Guest Liaison in a 5-star hotel, lodge, or private household (essential) Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) Trained in etiquette, protocol, and silver service Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented Physically fit, able to work long hours, including weekends and evenings Drivers licence and own transport (advantageous) Knowledge of Cape Town / Hout Bay attractions and services (preferred)
