Electrical design engineer

We are expanding our team and currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering department. Role Overview: As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a range of projects. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality design delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop electrical designs, single-line diagrams, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard software. Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection. Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOQs, and reports. Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, architects, and clients throughout project lifecycle. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in electrical design engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, or other design software. Solid understanding of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or residential projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
