Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and workflow Manage and mentor branch staff Maintain strong customer relationships and client retention Prepare budgets, cost control, and ensure profitability Drive new business development and sales activities Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations Reporting to Head Office on operational and financial performance Requirements Minimum: Matric / Grade 12 Advantageous: Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Operations, or similar) Experience in industrial insulation, fabrication, construction, or related technical environment 35 years experience in branch management / operations / site management Strong leadership and team management skills Valid Drivers License & willingness to travel locally when required How to apply:
