Pre-Owned Passenger Vehicle Debtors & Creditors Clerk - Mpumalanga, Middleburg

Key Responsibilities: Financial Processing & Reconciliations Allocate daily bank statements and finance payouts accurately Process and reconcile all bank statement transactions Final invoice vehicles and ensure supporting documentation is complete and correct Calculate and record accurate vehicle profit margins Cost vehicles correctly into stock and maintain ledger accuracy Perform weekly balancing of both debtors and creditors Conduct creditor reconciliations and ensure timely payments Reporting & Month-End Duties Prepare and reconcile the Monthly Dealer Operating Control (DOC) Ensure month-end balancing across all accounts Compile and maintain accurate month-end files Audit deal files to ensure compliance with company and OEM requirements Maintain intercompany account balancing and reconciliation Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) with accounting or finance-related subjects 23 years of experience in a similar role within a passenger vehicle dealership (pre-owned experience) Strong knowledge of vehicle invoicing, stock costing, and profit calculations Experience working with dealership management systems (e.g.VMS/Kerridge/Autoline/CDK/Reynolds) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong reconciliation and analytical skills Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure Computer literate (especially MS Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Automotive Industry experience Essential Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
