If you have experience working with the Big 4 banks , strong attention to detail, and a passion for property law, this could be your next career move! Key Responsibilities: Handle mortgage bond registrations and related documentation. Liaise confidently with banks, clients, and attorneys. Ensure compliance and accuracy in all bond-related processes. Support the conveyancing team with administrative and legal tasks. Requirements: Conveyancing (bonds) experience. Proven experience with the Big 4 banks (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank). Strong organisational and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
