What You'll Do: Acquire new commercial clients with an annual turnover of R30m - R1b through prospecting and networking . Be a trusted advisor to commercial clients in specialized industries like Agri , Franchise , Fintech , and Manufacturing . Identify and originate cross-selling opportunities for Commercial Banking and the broader Bank Group . Manage all business risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies . Prepare and present large and complex credit applications . Stay abreast of economic trends and developments (e.g., green energy, sustainable agriculture) to add value to client engagements What You'll Bring: Essential Qualification: Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees . Preferred Qualification: BCom/BSc Agric is a must, with CA/CFA or MBA being an advantage . Minimum Experience: 4-5 years in Relationship Management within the financial sector . 5-7 years of experience in Agriculture . 2-3 years of experience in Business Acquisition . Experience in Sales and Deal Origination for a Corporate Client Portfolio in a Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting environment . A valid unendorsed driver's license and own reliable transport is essential . Strong knowledge in: Account Planning , Targeting Sales Opportunities , Sales Negotiation , and Business Acumen .
