Job Description

Minimum Requirements : National Diploma, tertiary education, or recognized management degree/diploma 1012 years in Sales/Technical Sales. Minimum 10 years with rotating equipment, preferably in the pumping industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with relevant selection tools. SAP / Pump selection tools experience. Fully bilingual. Strong communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction objectives are achieved. Oversee safety and housekeeping practices in offices and workshops. Collaborate with other business units to improve service levels. Advise management on continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular staff meetings, disciplinary hearings, and counselling sessions. Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and sales forecasts. Ensure ongoing staff training and development. Adhere to health and safety legislation and company policies, including conducting risk assessments. Support daily operational tasks and perform additional reasonable duties as required.
