Job Description
Job Summary The Contract Manager or Lead is responsible for overseeing the negotiation, development, and execution of the established contract between the organization and its clients, vendors, suppliers, or other parties. The primary goal is to ensure that contracts are legally sound, meet the needs of the parties involved, and are adhered to throughout their lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate More than 10 Years of TMM experience Trade Test Certificate (Section 13 and or 26) Must be in possession of a valid Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket) Valid Code 08 Drivers License Management Certificate/Diploma Main Duties and Responsibilities Contract Development Contract Administration Risk Management Negotiation Communication Legal Compliance Contract Review Documentation Vendor Management Training and Education Budgeting and Cost Management Continuous Improvement Skills: Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunity Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) Ability to work under pressure Self-Motivated Time Management Skill A versatile, self-starter with a positive attitude who is cautiously assertive
