Job Description

What Youll Do: Design, implement, and evaluate learning & development initiatives aligned to strategic business goals. Oversee skills planning, training budgets, and statutory reporting to ensure compliance and business impact. Partner with stakeholders to deliver best practice L&D solutions that strengthen leadership and talent pipelines. Drive continuous improvement and support BBBEE and HR legislative compliance . Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing quality, safety, and environmental aspects of the L&D function. Apply structured problem-solving and decision-making models (situation analysis, deviation analysis, etc.) to tackle challenges in a complex environment. Anticipate and respond to future forces such as evolving technologies, socio-economic shifts, environmental influences, and the external war for talent. What Were Looking For: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Training Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field. 58 years experience in Learning & Development at a specialist, supervisor, or senior level. Knowledge of HR legislation, BBBEE processes, and preferably previous registration as a Skills Development Facilitator. Proven ability to influence, engage, and deliver impact through leadership and talent development initiatives. Complex business environment experience would be advantageous.
