Job Description

Minimum Requirements: BCom Degree in Finance and Accounting Minimum 4 years experience in Financial Management, Business or Operations Management. Experience dealing with stock. Experience dealing with Foreign Currency, Tax and Intercompany transactions. Strong analytical, communication, verbal and written, and leadership skills. Excellent excel skills. Key Responsibilities : Procedure and controls systems. Ad-hoc projects and requests. Financial accounting and reporting, preparation of annual financial statements and monthly management accounts. Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met. Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting. Review financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs. Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. BBBEE management and audit preparation. Tax and statutory compliance. Risk management. Export and import transactions. Financial and investment planning. Management of Logistics and fleet management, Stores and stock management, and IT management.
