Colour Matcher

Key Responsibilities: Match and mix paint colours accurately according to specifications and samples Operate and maintain tinting and mixing equipment Conduct quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product accuracy Record and maintain tinting formulas and production data Assist customers and colleagues with colour matching advice and product information Ensure the workspace, tools, and equipment are clean and properly maintained Requirements: Proven experience in paint tinting and colour matching Good understanding of colour theory and paint products Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle colour variations Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Matric or equivalent qualification
