Assistant Restaurant Manager - Plettenberg Bay

Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations. Ensure smooth service delivery in a high-volume environment. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage cash-ups, stock control, and general administration. Oversee reservations, customer relations, and floor management. Assist with scheduling, staff discipline, and performance management. Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality. Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a management or supervisory role within a busy restaurant. Own reliable transport is essential. Strong working knowledge of PILOT POS or similar systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Physically fit and able to handle long hours on your feet. Strong administrative ability and attention to detail.
