Job Description
Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Client Service Representative in Tyger valley (Cape Town) to champion an exceptional end-to-end client experience. You’ll deliver best-in-class service across channels, resolve queries swiftly, and support compliant onboarding and maintenance with rigorous AML/KYC standards in a collaborative, high-integrity environment. Minimum Requirements Education: Relevant business degree. Experience: 5 years in client service within investments/asset management/financial services. Compliance: Strong working knowledge of AML regulations and KYC across client types (individuals, trusts, charities/NPOs, corporates). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; confident across phone, email and online channels. Key Responsibilities Ensure a consistently professional, positive client service experience. Provide omni-channel support (phone, email, online) and product assistance. Escalate urgent matters promptly and drive to resolution. Proactively follow up to obtain outstanding client information. Assist with form completion and documentation where applicable. Perform client due-diligence checks; determine appropriate review levels per AML obligations. Validate and maintain accurate KYC documentation. Working Model & Remuneration Working model: Onsite in Tyger valley (details to be confirmed with shortlisted candidates).
