What Youll Do: Take full ownership of accounting, reporting, and operational finance. Implement and monitor internal controls that actually work. Lead month-end closings, reconciliations, and management reporting. Oversee inventory accounting, valuations, and variance analysis. Prepare audit files and ensure full IFRS and tax compliance. Drive process improvement, standardization, and efficiency. Use SAP BI (or similar ERP) to turn numbers into insight and action.
