Receptionist

We are seeking a well-presented Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. You will welcome and guide guests, manage reservations, operate the switchboard, handle inquiries, communicate with departments, maintain records, update directories, coordinate bookings, report guest concerns, and manage lost property, ensuring exceptional service, professionalism, and a positive first impression at all times.
