Job Title: Operational Decision Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote in Mexico Job Description Qualification: Client ODM (Primary) and Java (Secondary) Responsibilities • 5 years experience in rule based solution development in complex environment using Client ODM. • Ability to interpret business requirement and creation of execution object model. • Experienced in development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables • Experienced with Client ODM 8.X version with WebSphere Application Server. • Familiarity with techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization. • Web Services and HTDS • Test Driven Development with DVS and XML • Java, JEE (WebSphere Application Server) • DB (SQL Server/Oracle) • Basic understanding of Microsoft .net framework 4.5 Main Technical Skills: Proficient: Client Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Proficient: Business Rule Development Proficient: Execution Object Model (XOM) Proficient: WebSphere Application Server Proficient: Java / JEE (Java Enterprise Edition) Progressing: SQL Databases Progressing: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
