Job Description
HR Manager Position Purpose Lead the Human Resources strategy and operations, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talent while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations. This role plays a key part in driving a culture focused on results, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage recruitment, selection, training, development, and compensation processes. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Supervise payroll administration, employee benefits, and labor relations. Implement programs that foster employee engagement, internal communication, and organizational well-being. Act as a strategic business partner to leadership, supporting organizational and talent-related decisions. Promote a strong culture of safety, ethics, diversity, and inclusion. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in industrial environments (preferably automotive or metalworking sectors). Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and union relations management. Proven experience in organizational development, compensation, and employee relations. Advanced English level. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
