Acceleration Center - CT&I - Project Manager / Manager The Opportunity This role provides the opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of AI and digital transformation projects that span engineering, business, and operations. You’ll work across teams to ensure execution discipline, manage interdependencies, and support CT&I’s mission to modernize how Advisory delivers work. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI-enabled or technology transformation projects. Lead project planning, scope definition, and milestone tracking across teams. Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor or partner coordination as required. Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Use data and telemetry to evaluate performance and enable data-driven decision-making. Align project outcomes to firm strategy, governance standards, and responsible AI practices. Coach team members and promote collaboration, inclusion, and innovation across projects. What You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology or transformation projects in complex, cross-functional environments What Sets You Apart Demonstrated success managing technology, AI, or digital delivery projects Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid project management methodologies Proven ability to align teams around shared goals and drive accountability Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and a desire to help scale their use responsibly
