Acceleration Center - CT&I - Product Management – Senior Associate Responsibilities: Design visually appealing, usable, and consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to understand requirements and objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that represent user-centered solutions. Research and apply UX principles, usability heuristics, and visual design best practices. Manage visual identity and ensure branding consistency across interfaces. Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and relevant technologies. Participate in defining the user experience strategy alongside a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of visual design, color theory, typography, and iconography. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Practical knowledge of interaction design and prototyping. Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Demonstrable portfolio with UX and graphic design projects. Preferred: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles. Experience in user research and usability testing. Familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
