Senior Public Relations Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior PR Specialist to join our dynamic Italy marketing team based in Milan. You’ll work closely with our PR Manager at OPPO Italy to support high-impact events, build strong media relationships, and ensure alignment across our 20 European markets. If you're hands-on, proactive, and passionate about communications, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1.Event Planning & Execution Assist in the end-to-end execution of local PR events, including product launches, media gatherings, and experiential campaigns Coordinate with creative and production agencies to deliver high-quality activations on time and within budget Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. 2.PR Material Creation & Localization Draft and localize PR materials, such as press releases, briefing documents, and talking points Collaborate with the regional PR team to ensure consistent tone and brand alignment across all communications. 3.Media Relations Support Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and partners Track coverage, manage media lists, and support media monitoring and reporting 4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination Support PR and marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and KPIs are met. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital) and regional stakeholders to align efforts and optimize execution. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the PR workflow.
