People & Marketing Intern

Job description Founded in 2013, arKap & Co is an advisory firm headquartered in Zurich (CH) and a branch office in Torino (ITA). Our firm supports European Companies and Principal Investors in Corporate Finance and strategy matters to support their growth. Our services are focused and committed on value generation for our clients. Overview of the Role We are seeking a People & Marketing Analyst starting in November 2025. The intern’s primary role will be to support both Human Capital and Marketing & Communication initiatives, contributing to the firm’s internal culture and external visibility. The role will focus on internal communication, digital marketing, and people development and recruiting activities. You will play an active role in strengthening arKap’s identity, enhancing talent engagement, and supporting initiatives that drive organizational growth and market presence. Key Responsibilities · Support the design and implementation of internal communication and employer branding initiatives · Assist in social media management and content creation for digital channels (LinkedIn, website, etc.) · Contribute to marketing campaigns , newsletters, and external communication materials · Support recruitment activities : job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination · Conduct research on HR and marketing trends , best practices, and competitor positioning · Assist in organizing events and webinars. Qualifications · Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Communication, , or related fields (or close to completion) · Strong communication and organizational skills · Interest in HR, people development , and digital marketing · Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual coherence · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment · Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) · Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of other languages is a plus) · Availability to work on-site Time Commitment & Remuneration · Monthly expense refund · Young and dynamic environment · Opportunity to learn rapidly and work across HR and marketing domains · Exposure to international and cross-functional projects To submit the application, send CV (ref.
