Overview of the Role For our Turin office, we are seeking a Private Equity Analyst Intern starting in January 2026. The intern's primary role will be to support market intelligence and strategic research activities within the private capital industry. The role will focus on monitoring market trends, mapping investors’ activity, and collecting data on investment strategies across Europe. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct structured research on Private Equity transactions across Europe, investors, and portfolio companies Extract, validate, and organize data to feed an internal database for market intelligence and analysis Monitor deals activity and trends in the private capital markets Conduct market and financial statements analysis Collaborate with business development teams to identify relevant insights from the data WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related fields (or close to completion) Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and business acumen A team player with the ability to work independently Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of any other language is a plus) Availability to work on-site WHAT WE OFFER Curricular Internship (3 3 months) Young and dynamic environment The opportunity to contribute to real projects and make a tangible impact Location: Turin (IT) SELECTION PROCESS Initial Screening – Review of CVs received via email. Case Study Assignment – A business case is sent to shortlisted candidates. First Interview Round – The best performers in the case study are invited for an interview.
