What You ll Do: Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac surgery. Work collaboratively within a team-based, multidisciplinary care model. Participate regularly in the education and training of medical students and residents. Engage in program development and clinical research initiatives. Qualifications: MD or equivalent from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiothoracic residency program or international equivalent. Meets applicable credentialing and privileging standards. Eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license (or has completed all steps of the USMLE prior to starting the role).
