A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their technical team on a 12-year, multi-phase scheme in Surrey. The Project This high-profile scheme will deliver thousands of new homes, schools, commercial spaces, and public realm improvements – transforming the area into a vibrant new community. With early phases underway, the project offers long-term stability and real career progression. The Role As Technical Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the design and technical process from planning through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating architectural and engineering designs Managing technical approvals and planning conditions Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and utility providers Supporting site teams with timely and accurate technical information Ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards About You Experience in a Technical Coordinator role for a housebuilder or main contractor Strong knowledge of residential design and UK building regulations Ability to manage consultants and resolve technical issues effectively Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficient with AutoCAD and document control systems (e.g., Viewpoint/Asite) What’s on Offer Up to £65,000 salary (depending on experience) Attractive package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and private healthcare A secure, permanent role with long-term progression opportunities Work within a highly respected team on one of the South East’s most ambitious developments
