A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join their project team on a 12-year, multi-phase scheme in Surrey. The Project This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to work on a large-scale, masterplan development delivering thousands of new homes, green spaces, and community facilities over the next decade. With the project now moving into early delivery stages, the team is expanding. The Role As the Document Controller, you’ll be a central figure in ensuring accurate and efficient management of all project-related documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing document control systems (Viewpoint/Asite/4Projects or similar) Ensuring all drawings, reports, and records are up to date and properly filed Distributing documents to the relevant stakeholders and maintaining version control Supporting site and office-based teams with documentation processes Ensuring compliance with QA procedures and document management standards About You Proven experience as a Document Controller on construction or residential projects Familiar with common document control platforms (Viewpoint, Asite, etc.) Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to build relationships across technical and site teams What’s On Offer £45,000 salary (depending on experience) Full benefits package including pension, bonus, healthcare, and more A secure, long-term position with real progression opportunities Join a collaborative and high-performing project team on a career-defining scheme
