This is a non-patient-facing role, ideal for someone organised, compassionate, and experienced in healthcare administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care through effective coordination and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality administrative support including appointment booking and referral processing Use SystmOne to manage patient data accurately and confidentially Respond to patient and professional enquiries with professionalism and compassion Support the coordination of care across services and follow up on patient needs Work flexibly across teams to support service deliveryRequirements Smart Card – Essential Previous experience in one or more of the following roles: GP Receptionist GP Administrator Medical Receptionist Healthcare Assistant Patient CoordinatorInterested?
