Do you thrive in a hectic environment and want to contribute to a smooth logistics process for our high-tech client, ASML? Then we're looking for you! What will you be doing? You will manage approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in our Outbound department (Picking & Shipping), working in rotating shifts (6:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–12:00 AM). You will be responsible for: Coaching and developing your team members; Gaining insight into processes and performance and implementing optimizations; Creating reports in the WMS; Ensuring safety and quality; Conducting performance reviews, absence management, and appraisals; Collaborating with fellow Team Leaders and Managers. Wij bieden Salary between €3,039 and €3,500 (with potential for growth to €4,490); Working hours in 2 shifts: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 23:59 PM; Company laptop & phone; Pension plan & travel allowance; Growth opportunities and personal guidance. Wij vragen At least 1 year of experience as a team leader or working foreman/forewoman; Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus); Experience with MS Office & warehouse systems; Stress-resistant, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
