Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across operational service areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Support modernization projects, including application/reapplication workflows, budget workflow automation, and agreement management systems. Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, and functional documentation to guide solution design and implementation. Coordinate with IT and operational teams to ensure secure, efficient data handling, automation integration, and improved reporting capabilities through tools like Power BI. Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance accessibility, privacy, transparency, and cost-effectiveness across organizations operational framework. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar analytical role. Proven experience with process improvement and modernization of legacy systems. Project experience within Public Sector is a must. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools. Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization. Experience creating project plans, risk assessments, contingency planning, tracking and management of project progress, tracking issues, and managing resources.
