Responsibilities: Develop custom monitors to supplement built-in monitoring of OEM and SQL Diagnostic Manager Provide operational and sustainment support of all our SQL and Oracle environments Proactively monitor database health, performance and space Assist developers to tune SQL queries as well as both PL/SQL and T-SQL code Support disaster recovery site and process and participate in disaster recovery process tests Qualifications: 4 years’ experience preferably in a Database Administrator role Completed a university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent) Experience with one of Oracle or SQL Server Experience with automation and scripting Snowflake experience an asset but not required Pay Rate: $60-80 per/hour.
