Position: Java Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto ON Skills: Java, Springboot, SQL, Devops/Cloud Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns. Design and optimize data models and queries for MongoDB and Elasticsearch to ensure fast, reliable data access. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end components as needed. Build and manage containerized applications on OpenShift (OCP) using Docker and Kubernetes. Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing workflows. Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Windsurf to enhance coding productivity and quality. Perform peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to meet performance and reliability SLAs.
