Front of House Manager Location: Stellenbosch Type of Property: Luxury Wine Estate Summary of Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or wine estate environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service excellence Exceptional organisational and communication abilities Professional demeanour, able to remain calm and composed under pressure Proficiency in administrative and financial management tasks Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating front-of-house teams Oversee day-to-day management of all public areas including reservations and guest services Coordinate with kitchen, events, and other departments to ensure seamless operations Act as a professional liaison to resolve guest issues and manage complaints efficiently Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Salary: R25,000 per month (Negotiable DOE) TO APPLY: Submit your CV, contactable references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP!
