We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager — a hands-on, service-driven professional ready to lead by example and elevate every guest moment. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant, bar, and event operations. Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver effortless, polished hospitality. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu delivery and presentation. Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets with precision. Ensure flawless service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance. Engage with guests, resolve feedback, and oversee private events and functions. About You Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or Supervisor in a luxury or boutique hotel. Strong operational and leadership skills with a genuine passion for service. Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail. Financially aware and organised under pressure.
