Chef

The Yardarm is a fully licensed bistro requiring an additional chef. You will be required to work with our existing team, on a roster basis, consistently produce good quality food as per the menu and create new dishes for our specials. You need to understand costing, portion control and maintain hygiene standards. The Candidate: Good ability to speak and understand English Well-presented individual who is able to work in a team, as well as independently Enthusiatic and hard-working, with a desire to learn Good organizational skills. Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen The Role: Assist in food production and stock control Assist in menu development in line with sales trends and concepts
