We’re Hiring: Beauty Product Development Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (flexible) Salary: Payroll: $19,000 – $21,000 MXN | Direct: $24,000 – $26,000 MXN Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Role In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams in the U.S., China, and Korea to bring fresh, trend-driven beauty concepts to life — developing new ideas, formulations, and packaging for international cosmetic lines. You’ll be the bridge between research, design, and sales teams , contributing to the creation and enhancement of innovative beauty products. This position involves concept creation, market research, vendor coordination, formulation, and packaging design — ensuring every new idea aligns with customer needs, beauty trends, and brand goals. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors to ensure smooth production timelines. • Analyze market data and customer behavior to back up proposals. • Support the sales team with compelling, research-based product presentations and concept pitches. • Maintain detailed documentation for formulations, samples, and product approvals. • Develop and define creative product concepts based on market gaps, consumer needs, and innovation. • Collaborate with labs and chemists to guide, test, and approve product formulations. • Select and review packaging, ensuring alignment with the product concept and performance requirements. Experience & Background • Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics product development (R&D, innovation, or NPD). • Strong creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and innovation . • Understanding of formulation, packaging, and manufacturing processes . • Advanced English (spoken and written). • Proficient in Microsoft Word and open to using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to boost efficiency. • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. • Passionate about beauty products as both a creator and user.
