Location: Aguascalientes Responsibilities: Adjustments in our Transportation Management System (TMS) Preparation and deep analysis into our TMS (transportation Management System) Preparation of TMS and accounting reconciliation (Peak report) Improvements in current reports (how to automatize the reports with IT solutions) Customer Profitability (preparation and analysis) Budget and Forecast (preparation and analysis) Support USA FP&A team with activities FTE reconciliation between Power BI Financial reports and Human Capital reports Provide Compliance support and guidance to the business Skills: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, finance or related field 3 to 5 years of experience as a financial planning and analysis position Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written) Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel Powerpoint PowerBI) Knowledge in Regulatory Reporting (IFRS, US GAPP, Fiscal Mexican Tax) Soft skills: Analytic Good communicator The ability to collaborate efficiently in projects with team members Able to work under own initiative and be flexible and self-motivate Competitive Ascent Benefits Benefits Above and Beyond the Law Competitive Salary Growth opportunities.
