You’ll architect platform-native narratives that translate Polimoda’s values (inclusivity, diversity, sustainability, talent, creativity) for Gen Z, Millennials, and their families. You'll join a dynamic, experienced in-house communications team that puts the school's identity—and that of its students and faculty—at the heart of everything we do. We're a close-knit group, deeply passionate about our work, communications, and culture in all its forms: fashion, music, art, current affairs, and everything in between. Track sentiment, identify risks/opportunities, elevate issues fast and coordinate timely responses with Comms/PR. Hands‑on content creation: ideate, script, shoot and edit platform‑first assets (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, audiograms) and publish with metadata, tagging and accessibility. External production leadership: brief and coordinate external teams (video makers, editors, photographers, designers, studios) to deliver on‑brand assets; manage timelines, budgets, rights/usage and quality control. Influencer & creator marketing: scouting, outreach, briefs, compensation models, contracts (with support), usage/rights, UGC governance and performance tracking. Ensure brand governance (tone of voice, accessibility, credits, rights, safety, crisis protocols). Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, editing assistants) for ideation, copy variants, asset versioning and workflow acceleration—ethically and transparently. Occasional travel might be required. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field. 2 years in social strategy/content growth roles (education, fashion, or lifestyle a plus). Strong copy skills in English (near native); Italian is a strong plus. Hands‑on with mobile‑first production and design (CapCut/Premiere, Photoshop/Canva). Basic photography literacy: framing/composition, light and color fundamentals; ability to shoot quick assets (smartphone or mirrorless), perform basic edits (crop, exposure, color), and brief photographers effectively. Familiarity with Lightroom is a plus. Organized, decisive, collaborative—able to brief, prioritize, and ship at pace without losing quality.
