Position We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with proven experience in industrial environments and a strong aptitude for technical leadership. The ideal candidate will lead a software development team, actively contributing to the design and implementation of complex solutions for industrial automation systems in both Windows and Linux environments. Responsibilities Technically coordinate a team of software developers Design scalable and maintainable software architectures Develop applications in C++ and Qt for industrial environments Define and maintain development pipelines and versioning strategies (Git, CI / CD) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Cyber Security, Automation) Support the integration of industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA) Promote best development practices and conduct code reviews Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or similar), and / or proven experience in the role Proficiency in C++17 Experience with Qt Framework (GUI, QML, multithreading, networking) Object-oriented software design and familiarity with design patterns Version control (Git) and CI / CD pipeline knowledge Experience in both Windows and Linux environments Preferred Skills Experience with Python for scripting and support tools Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC UA) Familiarity with embedded or real-time systems Soft Skills Leadership and technical mentoring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and results-oriented mindset Other information Dynamic and constantly evolving environment Focus on people and their professional growth On-site cafeteria Health insurance Corporate welfare plan J-18808-Ljbffr
