Business controlling analyst

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our Automotive Finance team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we report and analyze our revenues and margins, with a strong focus on both financial and non-financial KPIs. You’ll play a key part in supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, while also helping us strengthen cost analysis and control. Your insights will be crucial in driving faster, more accurate decision-making across the business. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Preparation of monthly report related to operational and financial KPI. Collaborate with the business to build up forecasts and budget plans in line with the strategic objectives. Drive productivity and efficiency improvement in Revenues & Cos. Drive optimization in financial processes across the countries. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: financial & accounting knowledge. Planning, controlling and financial analysis experience. Business Partnering experience. Ability to work with Senior Management teams and proven aptitude to influence positive change. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power Point. Nice to have: 2y experience in an international environment (Auditing/Consulting company) Must have technical / professional qualifications: University degree. Fluency in spoken and written English. Experience of SAP. Proven finance business partner acting as a point of reference to the business. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
