HR Generalist

What will you be responsible for We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Bosch team. In this role you will be actively involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of talent acquisition, training, and development activities with a hands‑on and results‑driven approach. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team focused on delivering high‑quality support to both Bosch employees and external clients acting as a true business partner. Responsibilities Managing the organization scheduling and administration of HR activities Supporting the HRL in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization Collaborating with various departments to implement HR strategies and projects Monitoring training KPIs and assisting with reporting activities Supporting personnel administration including contracts, absences, leave management, and termination procedures Qualifications Education : Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in HR roles. Technical skills : Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Languages : Fluency in Italian and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
