Role Overview You will join the Global ICT department supporting the ICT Lead on integration and sustainability projects. You will play an active role in monitoring projects and managing operational workflows, fostering seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to key digital innovation initiatives. Responsibilities Update and monitor project micro‑activities. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete activities. Organize meetings, draft minutes, and manage decision and criticality logs. Align the project plan according to the Project Manager’s guidance. Prepare tracking files supporting testing, training, and execution. Collaborate on project documentation (kick‑off, steering committee, etc.). Qualifications Experience as a PMO in ICT context. Clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical problem‑solving skills, solution‑oriented mindset. Attention to detail, precision, and structured approach.
