What You Bring to the Table At least 2 years of experience in real estate — ideally within the Marbella luxury segment . Proven experience selling villas and properties valued at €1M . Fluent in Russian, English and Spanish. Deep knowledge of Marbella and its prime areas — you know the neighborhoods, the clients, and what makes each property special. You know how to guide clients through the full journey — from the first viewing to the moment they sign the contract. (And don’t worry, we already have a Property Manager , so you’ll focus purely on clients, not on managing villas) Living in or around Marbella — this role is 100% office-based.
