Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Superintendent to oversee the construction phase of our remodeling projects. This individual will be the on-site leader responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to our high standards, on schedule, and within budget. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and maintain a safe and organized job site while representing the company professionally to clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities · Oversee day-to-day operations of residential remodeling projects from demolition through final completion. · Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews. · Ensure projects meet quality standards, design specifications, and local building codes. · Monitor job progress, proactively addressing delays or issues. · Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance. · Communicate with clients, project managers, and designers to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations. · Manage jobsite documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and inspections. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. Qualifications · 3 years of experience as a superintendent, foreman, or lead carpenter in residential remodeling. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencing. · Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules. · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. · Proficiency in basic project management and scheduling tools. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills · Experience in high-end or luxury residential projects. · Familiarity with design-build processes. · OSHA safety training certification.
