We’re looking for someone experienced in apartment maintenance, unit turnovers, and work orders who takes pride in quality work and reliability. Responsibilities Complete work orders promptly, performing general maintenance and repairs Handle unit turnovers/make-readies to prepare apartments for new residents Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal Communicate effectively with residents and management Requirements Apartment maintenance experience required Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply today for immediate consideration.
