Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through enrollment, including conducting interviews, tours, and guidance on new student applications. Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes. Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Passion: A passion for education and helping students achieve their career goals. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational Skills: Time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
